I create products, experiences, processes, and spaces that simplify and enhance everyday life. With over 15 years in design leadership, I bridge technology, business, and creativity to transform complex ideas into clear, high-impact solutions.

Lately, much of my work has been within Microsoft technology, shaping digital experiences that integrate AI, cloud, and enterprise solutions. I take a structured yet flexible approach, breaking down complexity, identifying patterns, and finding the best way forward. I prioritize smart decisions, high standards, and continuous improvement to shape products, optimize processes, and support teams.

I believe people do their best work in a supportive environment, so I focus on creating spaces where they can succeed. My leadership style is clear, practical, and always centered on meaningful progress.

I live and work across Canada, Europe, and Barbados, gaining a global perspective and deeper appreciation for diverse thinking. Painting has been a lifelong passion, adding another layer to how I approach creativity and human connection.
